Amina Johns is a Native Nevadan with Family ties dating back to the late 1800's in the Truckee Meadows.

Amina Carmazzi-Johnson-Johns has always carried her "Carmazzi" heritage and name with love and pride. A fourth generation Nevadan and a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno, majoring in Criminal Justice, she began her career in the legal field. Amina has had many professions, owning her first business at the age of seventeen (Sub n Suds Restaurant). After becoming a single parent she continued on with her education and owned a paralegal business as well as a private investigating business working with some of the top law firms in the area. Her expertise in the Real Estate and Banking Industry has allowed her the privilege to learn and gain the expertise to assist others. Working as a child advocate and helping the community through charities and fundraisers, she prides herself on giving back to the community she holds dear to her Heart.

She has served as co-chair on the Grievance Committee on her Local Real Estate organization. She has participated in the mediation process and often serves as an expert witness. Her passion for classic cars, the arts and charities are second to her love for her family. A family that consists of fifth and sixth generations that continue to live, work and grow in Reno. Nevada has been her home for over sixty years.
